The newest C-based language with modern features and a wide range of commercial applications is C# and programmers who can develop in this language are in high demand! If you are hoping to become a programmer in C# and are just beginning we have the perfect workshop to help you get on the right track. Before you fully commit to an expensive degree program or fast-track boot camp you should strongly consider this opportunity to learn and practice the basic concepts in an instructor lead environment.
A computer is provided for you already set up and ready to go
This workshop is focused on getting you ready to hit the ground running in your journey to becoming a professional programmer. You won’t have to spend an hour learning how to set everything up or get a history lesson about the very first programming languages. You can read all about that later. It’s our goal to give you what you really want – a frame of reference for the fundamental concepts related to object oriented programming like:
Data Structures – Flow of Control – Identifiers & Arguments – Testing / Debugging
You get to practice creating increasingly difficult programs that will train programming into your muscle memory. Get experience with your chosen language typing the kinds of commands that you will be using frequently in your learning program and professional career. Take away some of your future frustration by being ahead of the class. Specifically in this workshop you will learn about the .NET / C# framework, data structures, operators, reading / writing strings and creating object classes.
We will quickly cover these topics and I will explain, in layman’s terms, what is going on and what each part of the program means. We will use the free Visual Studio software suite to create console applications and demonstrate coding concepts. You won’t regret the decision to start learning early!
